Does my roof need to be re-sheeted?

If you have existing cedar shakes, the answer is “yes” 99% of the time. If you have a plank board deck, most manufacturers recommend it, but in most cases, if it is 1×8 or less with very little gaps, it is not mandatory but is considered a quality upgrade.

My Flat roof is leaking. What do I do?

Check to see if your drains are clean.

How can I maintain my roof?

Some simple tips include keeping your water ways and drains clear, keeping valleys clear of debris and regulating moss growth (power washing is not recommended).
